South East Torrance-West Housing


The Southeast Torrance West neighborhood is an area which contain a diverse selection of home types. Within the area there are one and two story single family homes, medium and upscale properties such as Marble Estates to senior housing, the best known and oldest of the senior housing community is known as Pacific Horizons. Although most homes were originally built in the the mid fifties, there are also larger newer homes and upgraded homes here. The major park in the area is Hickory Park and the homes surrounding that park are among the most desireable west of Hawthorne Blvd and among the highest homes in the area..
