    2 - it is easily accessible to 2 freeways. Commuting to downtown Los Angeles is a straight drive with only one freeway.
    3 - Price, price per square foot is lower here.
    4 - The area is close to the Del Amo Mall

The South East Torrance  east neighborhood is of course adjacent to The South east Torrance- west neighbor which includes Marble Estates where prices are generally higher. Residents of south east Torrance west can use the parks of south East Torrance-east. And other facilities. This MLS area borders on the east by the cities of Lomita and Harbor City (LA) home pricing is adjusted because of this factor.

The Southeast Torrance east is known to Real Estate Agents as MLS area 135. It is bounded by Sepulveda Blvd on the north, Western avenue on the east, the Crenshaw Blvd the west. On the south, 240th Street.
